We are always looking for dedicated people. AFCs recruitment for new staff is very similar to its selection process for scholarships and grants. Our emphasis is on recruiting staff who embody the core qualities we look for in AFC: talent, creativity, dedication and a keen interest in film and its greater impact in society.

1. Commitment to AFCs mission of preserving and
promoting Latin American Film
2. Proven business/non-profit skills
3. Ability to work and achieve results
4. International or cross-cultural experience
5. Language proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
6. Excellent presentation and fundraising skills.
